2023-24 Board Meeting Schedule

The Board meets on the odd-numbered months on the third Monday in the evening.

The SAPAS Board of Directors requires members to acknowledge annually any potential conflicts of interest regarding SAPAS.  At each board meeting members are polled to identify any potential conflicts of interest on specific items for discussion.  Board members acknowledging such conflicts remove themselves from that discussion during the meeting. Any conflicts are recorded in the meeting minutes, copies of which are available upon request to the Board Chair.
